Walking distance to town, restaurants, night life, marina, and ferry service to Newport in summer. There are 3 en-suite bedrooms , w one bedroom located on the first floor. Outside space includes patio, grilling area, and a large back yard. Home is also available as a 2 or 3 bed home in off-season
This property is spacious both inside and out. A formal dining room, and large living room provide plenty of room for guests to relax. There is also an outdoor grilling area with bluestone patio and outdoor seating. The sunroom on south end of house provides additional interior common space for all to enjoy. This room also works very well for a home office. The queen size bed and private bath on first floor is helpful for people who would rather not climb stairs.”

Newport is just a 10-minute ride by land or in the summer can by ferry from downtown Jamestown. Visiting Newport this way is convenient, as you can leave your parking hassles behind.
