Located on Brown University and RISD's campus, Athenæum Row offers private zenful courtyard space behind the property. From heated bathroom floors to high end furniture, this suite has it all.
The building is a town house with four flats. One flat on each floor. One grand staircase runs through the townhouse with private doors to each flat per floor. Since Athenæum row is on a hill. The front door puts you at floor one while the back entry puts you at floor 3! So not as much stairs as you might think. The Pacheco suite has 6 total rooms occupying the entire floor. It is fully equipped with the highest end appliances and furnished with luxury designer furniture. It is truly lovely to the eye.”
